We have been trying Project collaboration tools and have changed four such tools in the last four months. The problem we faced was getting our clients and people to use such tools. I think your third point 'simplicity' has the maximum weight age. I have found that big brands often miss this point, this problem is taken care of by our latest solution- Remindo.
