Great food for thought. Us women are read differently so we need to be aware of what signals we are sending. With all the Women in Business books I have read, I have often found there there are many insights for men who are hyper-correcting some stereotypes about their own behaviour. Its important that we all focus on getting the job done, making others feel important and excel expectations. There is always a negotiation for respect going on no matter how friendly the office territory seems at lunch.
