		<description>I am a HUGE proponent of using LOVE in my business dealings.
We all know the power of love so why not embrace it, live it, and use it in our communication?
Remember what Martin Luther King said:
&quot;Life is the school, Love is the lesson.&quot;
Love is the lesson I like to teach and learn every day.

As women we are in a unique position to introduce love words and love concepts into our business practices because we are the front line, the vanguard, of what business can be, not what it has been but what it can truly be: another vehicle for spreading Love.

I told my staff EVERY day that I loved and appreciated them, because I did!. Now that I am a solopreneur I tell my clients that same thing.
Love is the very essence of the Divine Feminine, which we embody in all its splendor!

with great love and appreciation for the WOMEN on business blog avenue of sharing,
Cindy Morris, msw

		<description>Chrysty, I am the same way with people and that quote is one of my personal favorites. I think women, more than men, show love and compassion in business and too often it is seen as a negative when it should be a positive thing -as long as these women aren&#039;t being taken advantage of which I have seen a lot of. You have to be able to show love and still put your foot down when you need to. I think my personality has helped my business and my clients appreciate the way I deal with people.

I&#039;m curious to hear what other people think about using the L word in business.
