		<description>I think this concept of &quot;knowing where you are driving&quot; especially applies among my demographic: women in their twenties.  I&#039;m always shocked when I see that SOO many people (of all ages) have no plan at all.  It&#039;s a scary thought to leave your career destiny to chance.  Even if you are new to a career and not exactly sure what direction you want to go in, it&#039;s important to regularly sit down, brainstorm, identify strengths and plan a map as best as you can- you can always take detours along the way!</description>
