The best way to tell, at a glance, whether someone should be on your business premises or not is to require that everyone wears a security badge. Provided you make sure they’re high quality and feature something more than the logo you use on your website, your workplace will be far more secure.

Train Everyone in Security Awareness
It’s important that your staff understands the security of their workplace is everyone’s responsibility, so train your staff properly. The more aware they are, the more likely it is that they’ll spot any issues.
Buy the Right Insurance
Make sure that you buy the right type of insurance. Sadly, even with good security, at some point, some of your equipment, raw materials, or products could get damaged or stolen. Should that happen, you want to be sure that you’re fully covered.
