Elizabeth Gordon is the owner of Flourishing Business, an advisory firm for entrepreneurs. In May, her new book for women in business will be available called The Chic Entrepreneur: Put Your Business in Higher Heels.
In The Chic Entrepreneur, Elizabeth hopes to provide advice on how to start smart and grow a strong company. She offers nine-points to follow as well as practical tips (called “Chic Tips”), and each chapter concludes with a “How Chic are You?” section with self-assessment questions. Elizabeth wrote The Chic Entrepreneur to help women not only run their businesses smarter but also to live their lives better and pave the way for more women to succeed in business.
Elizabeth says, “Women are no longer trying to play the man’s game. They are playing their own game and winning, and entrepreneurship has proven one of the fastest and most effective ways for women to own their economic power.”
I’m looking forward to reading Elizabeth’s book when it comes out in May. What other books have you read recently that you found particularly helpful for businesswomen?
